We offer a position with certain amount of working hours per day with a fixed monthly salary. Your salary depends on the amount of hours.

What does that mean working with us.

  • Part-time activity – working only 5 hours per day would bring you 10k monthly (another amount of working hours upon prior agreement);

  • Working days – Monday to Friday.

  • If for any reason you cannot come to work on a weekday, you can come on Saturday or Sunday and work out the missed hours. Please inform about your plans in advance.

  • We might ask you to work on Saturday or Sunday, it depends on the day when our guests arrive. In this case we can discuss on which weekday you want to have day off.

  • Since we are a resort where guests can arrive at any time, public holidays are usually normal working days for us – but that's why your schedule includes two days off a week, not one, as is usually the case. So basically, you’ve got your special public holiday every week.

Payout

If for any reason you cannot work off agreed working days, your salary will be cut off as follows:

Your monthly salary divided by 30, times the amount of missed days.
For example, if your salary is 10k per month and you missed out three days, the calculation will be:

(10000/30)*-3 = -1000. One thousand will be cut off.


Same rule for extra work.

If there is any extra work we can offer you, you will get extra payment. For three extra working days, the calculation will be:

Your monthly salary divided by 30, times the amount of extra days.
(10000/30)*3 = +1000. One thousand will be paid on top of the salary.


And yes, this means your agreed-upon days off are paid too.
