Tasks & guidelines page: Garbage
Garbage is a daily task.
In case our guests did not sort recyclable garbage, please sort it for them;
Remember to take trash bin out every day to the street where the garbage truck passes, even if the bin is half full.
Please rotate the big bins daily and try to avoid keeping both big bins outside of resort if possible.
Tiny but feasible contribution to environment:
Separate collection
and sorting of garbage
Clean plastic water bottles,
All sorts of plastic,
Aluminium items,
Glass items,
Metal items,
Cardboard egg trays, reusable cardboard boxes.
Reusable & Second hand items
which we give second life to:
Plastic containers made of polypropylene or polycarbonate (marked as PP or PC),
Glass jars with lids,
Shoes and clothes,
Bags, suitcases etc.
Our guests will hand over used items intended for reuse to the sorting room.
Feel free to use it or give it to others.
To be burned during the next sanitary bonfire
All types of paper waste,
Paper tissues,
Unusable / broken cardboard boxes
Please deliver those items to our drying area.
Biowaste
Biowaste of plant origin can be used to fertilize our garden beds.
The leftover food of animal origin such as meat, bones etc. can be eaten by our animals.
Please don't mix sorted waste. Throw it away in separate bags – this way you'll help the people whose job it is to sort the waste. Even if you don't know these people, they exist, and they sort the waste.
