2. Ethernet wall jack in every house. Ability to connect your laptop/computer via LAN – stable connection with speed up to 1 Gbps (using Ethernet cable).

For newer laptop models Ethernet adapter needed.

NB:

1. Ethernet cable + USB-С / USB Adapter provided free of charge (subject to availability).

2. If you wish to install your own router please get in touch with us for guidelines before taking any actions.

3. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, but its stability depends on many factors. For those who need internet access for daily work, we recommend purchasing a mobile internet package as a backup solution.

Plugs

In Thailand, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type A, type B, type C, type F and type O are used. The standard voltage is 220 V at a frequency of 50 Hz.

Power Outages

Most unexpected power outages occur on rainy or windy days and don't last long. Scheduled electrical grid maintenance is performed periodically. Several times a year, day-long outages are possible. These outages are usually handled with advance notice.

If you're lucky enough to experience a power outage at our resort,

We would appreciate it if you could reduce your water consumption during this period. Some water will remain in the tank, and—without a pump, by gravity—water will flow to homes, but there will be no refills from the well during the outage.
